• In January 2020 he had just transferred to the SVU unit of the investigations division.
• When detectives arrived at the home, they knocked several times and no one came to the door. They waited outside. Lights came on in the garage and then Harley and Laina came out and talked to them.
• At the doorway of Gannon’s room, he smelled ammonia or bleach; cleaning supplies. He didn’t see any. The smell got stronger as he went further into the room.
• He swabbed a stain on Gannon’s bed.
• Exhibit 278 is two swabs from the bed on the east wall.
• Exhibit 687 are two more swabs from the mattress in Gannon’s room.
• Exhibit 277 is a photo of the storage room.
• Exhibit 312 is a still from January 27th 2020 of the storage room, boxes had been moved.
• The boxes were not stacked up on January 28th 2020
