• Al suffered an injury while he was woodworking.
• He cut off the tip of his right index finger in May of 2019.
• He was prescribed ibuprofen and hydrocodone.
• It was kept in Al’s nightstand next to his bed.
• He did not finish the prescription.
• They were not visible to the children and never would have been given to the children.
