Alexis Pack, Former Receptionist at Pensacola Candlewood Suites

She lives in Pensacola, Florida. This is her first time in a court room. She used to work at the Candlewood Suites in Pensacola on Davis Highway; she worked there for three years. She was working there on February 4th, 2020.

• It was her job to check people in and out. She filled out paperwork as part of her job.
• Exhibit 184 is the check-in form from Candlewood Suites.
• The person who is checking in fills out the form; Pack was the one who checked the person on the document out. A coworker named Sharon checked her in.
• Exhibit 181 is a check in form it sounds like.
• Exhibit 221 is a photo of a map, Candlewood Suites is located on the map.
• Pack is unsure if she checked the person out or if the housekeeping told her the guest had left.
• E181 is a checkin form. Letecia Stauch is the name on the form; says she is from South Carolina. She used a fixed rate for the room from Ford Motor Company; this fixed rate is claimed by the guest with a code online or entered by an employee during checkin. On the form it lists that Letecia was driving a Nissan Altima; this is not checked for verification. The room was one queen bed, non smoking.
• Page 2 of E181 again lists Ford Motor Company. She checked in at 12:23 AM on February 4th, 2020 and checked out at 11:11 AM
• The reservation for the room was made online at 11:43 PM on February 3rd, 2020; it says one guest.

Cross Examination

• She can't remember if she ever actually saw Letecia Stauch and wouldn't recognize the person who checked out.
