- Goes into details about the case and state shows a video with Letecia and Gannon. Gannon is concerned about his burns.
- Explains details of Letecia cleaning the crime scene where there was blood. There were no obvious signs of blood when law enforcement came to her home because she had cleaned.
- No knife or shell casings were ever found because of her getting rid of evidence.
- Explaining more "deliberate and thoughtful actions".
- Prosecutor going over all the lies and stories Letecia told police.
- Doctors and GPS experts will testify. Jury will decide who and what they want to believe.
- Letecia's daughter will testify for the prosecution.
- Plays a portion of the 911 call Letecia made saying she was the last person to see Gannon.
