Raptor comes back into frame heading eastbound on Albany Avenue at the Garden Street intersection camera. 7:38:43 Raptor becomes visible
At 7:39:01, the Raptor pulls up to trash receptacle outside of Milagros on Albany and Garden. Fotis Dulos gets out
Fotis Dulos takes one black trash bag from the back of the Raptor and places it in the trash receptacle. He then gets a large black rectangular item out of the back and walks it over to the trash can near Milagros where he leans it and walks back to the truck. The Raptor pulls away and the video ends at 7:40:02

Raptor U-Turns and heads back westbound down Albany Avenue, stopping at Green Street at 7:41:11
At Green Street, Fotis Dulos gets out and places something in the trash receptacle
At 7:47:39 the Raptor stops at Adams Street
Fotis Dulos gets out and places items in the trash receptacle. Michelle Troconis opens the passenger door, leans out, and does something with her hand near the sidewalk. Dulos then throws a FedEx envelope with an altered license plate down the storm drain. (Footage ends at 7:50:00 PM)
