The following are questions raised for us while watching testimony. This is not intended to be comprehensive; only offer food for thought. Our only side in this is the truth.

Questions raised during Nicole Albert’s Testimony

• Mentioned her “husband’s work vehicle” as usually being parked in the driveway on direct. It was the only car she didn’t name the make and model of. The defense asked her about it on cross and she stated it was a black Ford Edge after Attorney Little asked directly. Why didn’t the prosecution ask before the defense could do so?
• Nicole also admitted she has heard talk of a Ford Edge being relevant in the case, making it stranger she skipped that one.

Questions raised during Brian Albert’s testimony

• Brian claimed Julie Nagle went outside because her brother was outside so she went outside to talk to him. If that was the case, and we know her brother Ryan saw Karen in her car alone, when exactly did something happen to John? People were looking out the front door & windows.
• Brian Albert says JM was “hysterical” when she came in to his room. When, at any point, has anyone described anyone other than Karen Read as being “hysterical”? She appears to be the calm person in the group. (See 911 call under ‘Audio’.)
• Was the dog not freaking out over someone bursting in to the room while hysterical?
• So… Lank just walked in to his house as he was coming down the stairs? What?
• And the dog had no issues with a stranger entering the house?
• Why did Brian Albert call Brian Higgins?
