Day 19: June 3 2024

Per Lieutenant O’Hara’s testimony:

• Tail light pieces were recovered on 29 January by SERT.
• Multiple pieces of red and clear pieces of tail light on the street and in between the flagpole & the fire hydrant.
• Found 6-7 pieces of taillight. 3 largest pieces:
• 2 red, 1 clear
• Found sneaker - between flagpole & fire hydrant. Sneaker was flush against the curb near red & clear light pieces.
• All items were close to the curb. Found at ground level.
• All fresh undisturbed snow once past the area where the plow had cleared (about 3 feet in height.)
