Brian Albert, Owned 34 Fairview. Boston PD Sargent Detective (retired). Continuing from Friday, he’s on the xtstand for cross examination.

Brian Albert, Jr. Son of Brian Albert and Nicole Albert. The “Birthday Boy” at the time of the incident (29 January). He’d turned 23; he’s 25 now.

Caitlyn Albert, Eldest daughter of Brian Albert and Nicole Albert. Was at the Waterfall and 34 Fairview on the night of incident.
