9 April 2024: Impounded Document Release

Acting U.S. Attorney, Josh Levy, sent the following letter to Judge Cannone in response to the request from The Boston Globe’s unseal impounded documents including evidence from the ongoing federal investigation:

Judge Cannone’s response in court today, 9 April, 2024 was essentially, “They can’t tell me what to do!” and proceeded to released everything that was in the motions filed by the defense.
