Cause of Death

During autopsy, the medical examiner found several abrasions to Officer O'Keefe's right forearm, two black eyes, a cut to his nose, a two inch laceration to the back of his head, and multiple skull fractures. The medical examiner also observed hemorrhaging of the stomach and pancreas.

Cause of Death: Blunt impact injuries of the head; Hypothermia.

Manner of Death: Undetermined.
