- Kent Mawhinney was Fotis Dulos’ attorney in a lawsuit brought against him [Fotis] by his mother-in-law, Gloria Farber. It was filed after following the death of her husband, Hilliard Farber. Gloria accused Fotis of not paying them back for loans they gave him to aid his business and said he owed millions of dollars.
