• Alleges Karen Read surprised him with a kiss on the lips a few weeks earlier, when he went over to John O’Keefe’s house to watch a New England Patriots game.
• The Prosecution claims Brian Higgins and Karen Read exchanged romantic text messages in the weeks before O’Keefe died, but their relationship wasn’t sexual.
• We’ve been unable to find any new/updated information about Brian Higgins following his decision to voluntarily turn his mobile phone over to police.
• He has, to our knowledge, been fully cooperative with investigative efforts.
