4 Jefferson Crossing
The sprawling property, former home of Fotis & Jennifer Dulos, was last sold in February 2021 for $1.85 million - a steal at nearly half the home’s value.
The 10,400 sq. foot, 6 bed, 7 full bath (3 partial) home sits on 2.3 acres and is accessed by private road. It was built in 2011 and developed in 2012 by The Fore Group, a company owned by Fotis Dulos.
The Dulos family called 4 Jefferson ‘home’ until 2017 when Jennifer fled with the children and relocated to New Canaan.
Fotis remained at 4 Jefferson until he attempted to take his own life on 28 January 2020. He succumbed to irreversible injuries from carbon monoxide poisoning at Jacobi Medical Center in New York two days later.

The home was custom built for Fotis and Jennifer on a private road developed by Dulos’ Fore Group.
