In brief: Kent Mawhinney is set to stand trial for his alleged role in the disappearance and murder of Jennifer Farber Dulos, 50, in 2019. A Fairfield County jury will determine whether Kent Mawhinney helped Fotis Dulos plan and/or took part in a conspiracy to murder Dulos’ estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos. Fotis was charged with murder in early January 2020 & took his own life 3 weeks later. His ex-girlfriend, Michelle Troconis was convicted of hindering prosecution, tampering with evidence and conspiracy to commit murder on March 01, 2024 after a 6 week trial and 2 days of jury deliberation.
